I hereby submit the above information for purpose of opening a Credit Account with GESTRA Ltd (“GESTRA”). I acknowledge that all orders are accepted by GESTRA in accordance with their terms and conditions, a copy of which can be found under the Terms and Conditions link at the bottom of this application form. I agree that my company shall be bound by them in all transactions. GESTRA reserve the right to amend or otherwise update our terms and conditions from time to time without notice and at their sole discretion. You are responsible for keeping appraised of any changes to the terms and conditions which are available on our website, quotations and order acknowledgements. Goods shall remain the property of GESTRA until paid for in full. This credit application together with GESTRA’s terms and conditions will constitute the entire agreement between the Company and GESTRA, and all prior negotiations and proposals relating to the sale of any goods/services are superseded by the credit application and GESTRA’s terms and conditions of sale. Acceptance by GESTRA is limited to such terms and any proposal for additional or different terms or any attempt by the Company to vary such terms is hereby objected to and rejected. Any terms and conditions stated in the Company’s communications with GESTRA shall not be applicable to the sale and credit application. Trade custom and/or trade usage is superseded by GESTRA’s terms and conditions of sale and the credit application and shall not be applicable to this agreement. Payment terms are strictly net monthly.
