As you are aware, both the brands GESTRA and SPIRAX-SARCO share a passion for steam and are a part of the Steam Specialities Business under the parent company Spirax-Sarco Engg Plc, headquartered in UK.
So far, GESTRA products & solutions are available to the Indian Sub-Continent markets through Gestra Singapore Pte ltd” an Operating company under Gestra AG, Germany. Effective 1st January 2024, we have entered into a working arrangement with our group company Spirax-Sarco India Pvt Ltd, whose manufacturing facility is located in Chennai, to serve our Customers and Business partners.
GESTRA products are designed and manufactured in Germany to the highest quality standards and comply with all regulations/certifications.
With this new arrangement, we shall be able to offer Gestra Products and solutions through Spirax-Sarco India Pvt ltd, who will provide you the following:
- Order Management (through Spirax-Sarco India) & Indian Currency Transactions that takes away the hassles of importing from Germany works of Gestra.
- Locally available Customer Support team for swift and prompt response for your needs
- Locally available inventory which helps in reducing the lead time for your needs.
- Technical support from our Spirax office and local Technical Sales Engineers, Comprehensive product warranties and spare parts.
