Flash steam is released from hot condensate when its pressure is reduced. It contains heat energy and condensate that can be captured and reused in your steam system, reducing your operating costs. Flash vessels separate flash steam from condensate. Condensate is then returned and reused in steam generation and flash steam is fed into a steam system for further use in your steam process.
