A faulty steam trap can cause banking-up of condensate or steam loss. The measuring electrode, which is screwed into the steam trap or a test chamber, detects malfunctions in traps. The test station NRA 1-3 evaluates the signals coming from the measuring electrodes and is designed for the connection of up to max. 16 measuring electrodes.
The LED bargraph display MB 1 is used in conjunction with level switch NRS 2-5.. and level controller NRR 2-50 as actual value indicator, and applied for instance in steam boilers and (pressurized) hot-water installations as second water level indicator. The LED bargraph display can be combined with all measuring sensors that have an analogue output 4-20 mA. The LED bargraph display MB 1 replaces the indicating unit URA 2-e.
Steam trap made from stainless steel, with integral spiral wound gasket, suitable for fitting to a universal (“Swivel”) connector. The inverted bucket steam trap is very robust, unaffected by corrosion and has an excellent ability to handle dirt. The orifice, which is located in the upper part of the body, is controlled by the vertical movement of the inverted bucket. Air is vented through the small hole in the top of the inverted bucket.
Thermostatic steam trap with corrosion-resistant thermostatic element (Duo stainless steel bimetallic regulator, externally adjustable) unaffected by waterhammer. With internal Y-type strainer, integrated non-return valve and asbestos-free cover gasket (graphite). Installation in any position. The default factory setting allows the steam trap to discharge condensate with virtually no banking-up. For more undercooling the settings of the installed, depressurized steam trap can be modified externally.
The level switch NRS 1-51 is used in conjunction with level electrodes NRG 1...-.. as high level alarm in steam boilers and (pressurized) hot-water plants. A high level alarm prevents the water level from exceeding the preset max. water level (HW) and for this purpose switches off e. g. the feedwater supply.
The level switch NRS 1-52 in conjunction with level electrodes NRG 16-.. and ER 5. is used as limit switch, for instance in steam boiler and (pressurized) hot-water installations. The level switch detects and indicates a MIN and a MAX water level. The level switch can work with following level electrodes: NRG 10-52, NRG 16-52, NRG 16-36, NRG 16-4 and ER 5.-1.
The level switch NRS 1-50 is used in conjunction with level electrodes NRG 1...-.. to limit the water level in steam boilers and (pressurised) hot-water plants. Water level limiters switch off the heating when the water level falls below the set minimum level (low water).
The level electrodes NRG 1...-51 are used in conjunction with level switch NRS 1-51 as high level alarm for steam boiler plants and (pressurized) hot water installations. A high level alarm prevents the water level from exceeding the preset max. water level (HW) and for this purpose switches off e. g. the feedwater supply.
