Designed to meet the demands of today’s industries, the GESTRA control valve GCV is robust, innovative and cost effective. Adaptable to your needs - a highly flexible modular design to meet your process requirements Set and forget - designed for steam and other industrial fluids giving exceptional valve life, easy commissioning and low maintenance requirements Improved working environments - noise and emission reducing options
The logic unit SRL 6-50 is used in conjunction with the level switches NRS 1-50, NRS 1-51 for monitoring the separate rinsing of the connecting lines leading to the level pots of externally installed water level limiters or high level alarms.
The level switch NRS 1-53 in conjunction with level electrodes NRG 1.-.. and ER 5. is used as limit switch, for instance in steam boiler and (pressurized) hot-water installations. The level switch detects and indicates two low water levels (MIN 1, MIN 2).
The level electrode NRG 16-11S is exclusively designed for seagoing vessels, mobile offshore platforms and river boats. The level electrode NRG 16-11S detects the min. liquid level (low level alarm) in a steam boiler. The operation of the electrode is based on the conductivity measuring principle using the electrical conductivity of water for signaling one liquid level: ■ Low level alarm The NRG 16-11S is designed for use in conjunction with level switch NRS 1-7 (15 sec.) as a self- monitoring low level limiter with periodic self-checking (SMART) feature.
The M10S three-piece body ball valve has been designed for use as an isolating valve, not a control valve, and can be serviced without removal from the pipeline (screwed and welded versions only). It can be used with the majority of industrial fluids for services ranging from vacuum to the higher temperatures and pressures.
GCV is a range of two-port single seat globe valves with cage retained seats conforming to EN and ASME standard. These valves are available in three body materials in sizes ranging from DN15 to DN300 (½" to 12"). When used in conjunction with a pneumatic or electric linear actuator they provide characterized modulating or on / off control.
The URW 60 universal converter can be used in conjunction with a level electrode (with a current output of 4-20 mA) in pressurised steam and hot-water plants and in condensate and feedwater tanks.
Non-return valve designed for clamp connections. With spring for installation in any plane. Without spring only for vertical lines with upward flow. Centering by means of joint clamp. For liquids, gases and vapours. Observe classification according to Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). Particularly suitable for installation downstream of GESTRA steam traps type STERIline SMK 22-8x and as non-return valve for pumps.
For the installation of low-level limiters of “high-integrity design” in measuring pots mounted outside of the boiler, it is imperative that the periodic purging of the connecting lines to the boiler be monitored properly. To achieve this, the connecting lines are shut off one after the other at defined intervals and the measuring pot is drained.
The MPC range of (self-relieving) high efficiency oil removing filter/regulators provide very high quality compressed air, with accurate pressure control, for pneumatic actuators and general purpose systems.
