L'appareil de commande et de visualisation URB 60 enregistre les télégrammes de données de tous les capteurs et appareils de commande GESTRA mis à disposition sur le bus CAN en utilisant le protocole CANopen. L'URB 60 permet de visualiser des groupes supplémentaires, par ex. pour l'eau d'alimentation ou le réservoir de condensats. Quatre groupes sont possibles au maximum.

The PN9000 series actuators are a compact range of linear actuators that are available in four sizes. This range of actuators comprise of four diaphragm sizes for matching the requirements of valves at various differential pressures.
The water level limiter comprises a level electrode type NRG 1...-11 and a level switch type NRS 1-50. The level electrode NRG 1...-11 consists of two concentrically arranged electrodes (measuring electrode and compensating electrode) which are isolated from each other by special insulating seals.
For the installation of low-level limiters of “high-integrity design” in measuring pots mounted outside of the boiler, it is imperative that the periodic purging of the connecting lines to the boiler be monitored properly. To achieve this, the connecting lines are shut off one after the other at defined intervals and the measuring pot is drained.
The PN9000 series actuators are a compact range of linear actuators that are available in 3 diaphragm sizes for matching the requirements of valves at various differential pressures. Each actuator is fitted with a mechanical travel indicator and incorporates a fully-rolling diaphragm, which provides good linearity over the operating stroke.
In combination with the URS 60 / URS 61 safety control unit, NRG 1x-60 level electrodes are suitable for safety functions up to SIL 3. They are elements of a safety circuit up to a rating of SIL 3 as per EN 61508 in the SPECTORconnect system, and can transmit alarm notifications.
If the level electrode (high or low level limiter) is installed in an isolatable level pot outside the boiler, make sure that the level pot is drained and the connecting lines are rinsed at regular intervals. For this purpose the connecting lines must be shut off and opened at regular intervals and by opening and closing the drain valve the lines and the level pot will be rinsed. The logic unit is designed to be used in conjunction with level switch NRS 1-50 (water level limiter) or level switch NRS 1-51 (high level alarm) to monitor the correct timing and sequence of valve operations. During the rinsing process the level switch jumpers the level electrode, thus preventing the safety or control circuit from opening. The level switch - controlled by the logic unit - also monitors the rinsing and bypass time.
The level electrode NRG 16-50 S is used in conjunction with level switch NRS 1-50 (de-energizing delay: 15 seconds) as water-level limiter for steam boilers and (pressurized) hot-water installations on board of seagoing vessels, mobile offshore platforms or river boats. Water level limiters switch off the heating when the water level falls below the set minimum level (low water).
