Pump Trap UNA 25-PK, PN 40, DN 40 Condensate Lifter UNA 25-PS, PN 40, DN 40
UNA 25-PS and UNA 25-PK is steam process equipment designed for the effective removal of condensate from steam. Condensate is discharged by means of motive steam. The equipment can therefore remove condensate even if the steam pressure is so low that conventional steam traps could no longer discharge condensate. Equipment type UNA 25-PS works as cyclic condensate lifter without valve closure. In this case the upstream pressure must be lower than the back pressure. Equipment type UNA 25-PK works in pumping mode as cyclic condensate lifter with rolling ball valve closure. If there is (enough) differential pressure, this type of equipment will also work as modulating steam trap.

Sie kann ohne Ausbau des Gehäuses aus der Rohrleitung komplett ausgewechselt werden.

Der Schwimmer (33) öffnet abhängig vom Füllstand die Öffnung des Abschlussorgans (32). Dadurch wird die Abflussmenge geregelt. Bei maximaler Öffnung hängt die Abflussmenge vom Durchmesser des montierten Abschlussorgans (AO) ab. Die Regelgarnitur DUPLEX besteht aus dem Schwimmer und einer zusätzlichen temperaturabhängigen Bimetall-Entlüftung (6). Mit der optionalen Hand-Anlüftvorrichtung können Sie den Schwimmer manuell anheben. Mit dem optionalen Hand-Entlüftungsventil können Sie die Rohrleitung manuell entlüften.

The control unit SIMPLEX is a level-dependent float controller and especially suitable for cold condensate and superheated steam. The control unit DUPLEX (UNA 38) is a float controller with automatic and temperature dependent deaeration facility by means of a bimetallic air vent. The control unit DUPLEX is suitable for saturated steam and superheated steam.
